Our 2016 Christmas Card
Happy December, friends! This year, Mitch and I are determined to be ON TOP OF IT in terms of Christmas. We’re talking, Christmas cards ordered, gifts bought and wrapped, house decorated, the whole nine yards EARLY so that we don’t get caught off guard with a new baby and Christmas chaos all at one time. We’ve joked that if we don’t buy all of our Christmas gifts for people before she’s born, no one’s getting gifts this year. 🙂 We even managed to sneak in getting a Christmas photo done during our Maternity photo shoot (can’t wait to show you the pictures from that!)… this is the winner that will end up on our card this year.
That being said, it’s card time in our house and we are knee-deep in writing, addressing, and sending out this year’s Thomas family Christmas Card. To commemorate, we’re also bringing back the fun giveaway from last year to whoever can guess which style card we ended up choosing! Here were our top four options for this year…
Option 1: I’m loving the neutral background with the contrast of the snowy, white foliage around the edges. There’s something so classic about the brown paper, white blooms, and red and white lettering.
Option 2: Another classic option and very “traditional Christmas” with that green plaid background. I love the gold lettering and the fact that there is a second photo spot to show the little ruby reds. 🙂
Option 3: This one makes my heart race… something about the natural look and clean white background. A similar look to Option 1, this one has a little bit more red, white, and green to it.
Option 4: Last but not least, a festive number with some sparkle and shine! I really like the “ticket” cut-out look and the gold sparkles with red writing are a match made in Christmas heaven.
So that’s what we’re working with this year… and now it’s YOUR turn to guess! The way we play this game is that you give us your best guess- Option 1, 2, 3, or 4- and whoever guesses correctly will be entered into a random drawing to win $5 to Starbucks!
