Springspiration!

Since it’s officially spring and time to pack away all things winter in exchange for lighter fabrics and sunny colors, I thought I would show you a few things that are inspiring me these days to think SPRING! Nothing too formal, just a hodge podge of looks and pieces that have been making me OH, so excited for warmer days. 🙂

Spring Inspiration

Some “Springspiration”, if you will! Ok, let’s chat about this…

  1. Outfits… I always have a hard time dressing for this type of weather- I’m either too bundled up or not enough. It can be hard to tell, especially because most days start out cooler and get nice and toasty by mid-afternoon! I’m loving this look, though… a chambray denim top (I mentioned one I recently got in last month’s favorite’s video), some colorful shorts, a light and airy floral scarf, and maybe even some gold flower-y jewelry (here is the link to the one in the picture).
  2. This graphic from Etsy makes my heart pitter patter and it’s only $5! This would make any wall or shelf feel happier.
  3. Lemons. I’ve decided that this is the year I will do more with lemons in our house and decor. They are so sunny and fun AND functional and delicious!
  4. This little wire birdie comes from Target and I thought it would be a cute nod to the season, with a hint of an industrial vibe. Plus, I think right now he’s only $8!
  5. Braids are BACK, friends. Not sure if they ever left, but they are sure in full swing these days and I love the puffy, loose, romantic look of this one… here’s the link for the tutorial!
  6. Ahhh, pillows! Always a fan favorite because they allow you to interchange colors and styles in your decor with just a quick swap. I love these aqua ones because, duh, they’re blue. Plus they just feel so spring-y to me. 🙂
