The Shoe Game

Happy Wedding Week! I’ll tell you what… you guys are troopers for hanging out with us for our big partay here on the blog all week. Hopefully you’re having as much fun as we are. 🙂 If you’re just tuning in now, no worries! You can totally play catch up. Bottom line is that we’re celebrating two years of being married and our party has carried over onto the blog. You can read about our Year Two photo session here, my biggest piece of wedding day advice here, and how we made our DIY Program here.

Aaaaaannnnd because you’ve been such good sports, we’re going to kick it up a notch today!

It’s game time, friends… who doesn’t love a good party game?! As much as I like games and love playing them, I have never been a huge fan of them at weddings, so it really surprised me when I found myself wanting to play this one at our own! Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to do it at the reception, but that just means we get to play now. 🙂

It’s called The Shoe Game. You’ve been sending in questions throughout the week (thanks for that, by the way… having actual questions to play with makes this game a whole lot easier) and we’ve compiled them into one video. This is how it’s played: We each got one of our own and one of the other person’s shoes to use as our “answers”. We took turn reading your questions (the answer being either Mitch or Leslie) to which we answered by holding up the corresponding shoe. The trick? We had our backs to each other, so we couldn’t see how the other person was answering!

If nothing else, we definitely had some laughs and now (hopefully) you know us a little bit better. Enjoy!
